HaikouBlack smoke car capture system construction project

The black smoke of motor vehicle exhaust is composed of 80% carbon black particles and about 20% aerosol particles, which can absorb part of the wave band under visible light conditions.

Product Description

Technical Principle of Intelligent Monitoring of 1. Smoky Vehicle

The black smoke of motor vehicle exhaust is composed of 80% carbon black particles and about 20% aerosol particles. The particles can absorb some wave bands under visible light conditions, especially the green wave band in visible light is the most sensitive. It takes about 3s for the black smoke of motor vehicle exhaust to remove the exhaust pipe. During the period when the black smoke exhaust mass diffuses, relevant signals can be captured, and the black smoke emission status of the vehicle can be judged. Intelligent video surveillance technology monitoring vehicle exhaust smoke vehicle intelligent monitoring and identification system, its basic principle is the intelligent video (IV) technology applied to road vehicle exhaust pollution monitoring. According to the road driving process through the CCD sensor remote detection of motor vehicle tail pipe parts to determine its smoke status, according to the DSP data signal smoke and smoke, as well as the difference between the dark and light targets behind the plume contrast, to measure the blackness of the exhaust plume. Intelligent video surveillance technology carries out real-time online monitoring of vehicles on the road, automatically discriminates between clean vehicles and vehicles emitting black smoke, realizes the change of monitoring mode from manual to full automatic, can realize real-time online monitoring of vehicles on the road all day long, and regards vehicles emitting black smoke as "abnormal situation", automatic discrimination, automatic screening, automatic alarm and automatic transmission.

2. Intelligent monitoring and identification system for black smoke vehicles

The intelligent monitoring and identification system for black smoke vehicles adopts video monitoring method to monitor the black smoke of motor vehicle exhaust on the road in real time. The technology adopted is an advanced technology combining intelligent traffic monitoring technology and black smoke identification technology, among which intelligent traffic technology includes vehicle tracking technology and license plate identification technology, the system uses the video recognition technology of black smoke vehicles developed on the basis of traffic monitoring technology and combined with the existing black smoke recognition technology to realize the following functions. The 1. system can segment each vehicle on the road and track and identify at the same time. The 2. can identify the tail features of most vehicles. The 3. recognizes the black smoke features above grade 2 based on Ringemann smoke. The 4. system adopts adjustable technology, automatic adaptation to eliminate the effects of light changes and shadows in the road environment.

2, black smoke vehicle intelligent identification technology to distinguish the basis of black smoke vehicle blackness standard

At present, the main basis for the determination of black smoke concentration in China is the Ringelman blackness discrimination method, and the standard Ringelman blackness is a method to evaluate the blackness of smoke by visual method. It is divided into six levels, namely: 0, 2, 2, 3, 4 and 5, with 5 being the most polluted.

The standard Ringelman smoke blackness map consists of 24cm × 22cm pictures with different blackness. Except that all white and all black represent Ringelman blackness grade 0 and grade 5 respectively, the other 4 grades are determined according to the percentage of black bars in the whole area, and the area of black bars accounts for 20% of the whole area as grade 2;
40% for grade 2; 60% for grade 3; 80% for grade 4. During observation, the smoke can be compared with the blackness diagram in the lens to determine the abbreviation "Ringman diagram". The flue gas concentration is divided into six levels. The six colors of all white, slightly gray, gray, dark gray, black and black represent the smoke content of 0, 0.25, 0.7, 2.2, 2.3 and 4~5 g/m, respectively.
