The HY-2020 wrist-worn personal dosimeter is a new type of portable, intelligent instrument based on blue tooth technology. It uses a new type of high-sensitivity, wide-detection range room-temperature semiconductor detector — a CdZnTe detector. It has functions such as alarming, personal dose monitoring, historical record viewing, and positioning.
