Three is the daily use and maintenance of instruments and equipment. Establish complete procedures for the use, maintenance and repair of instruments and equipment. Laboratory personnel must operate instruments and equipment in accordance with the requirements of the quality manual, operate them with certificates, operate in accordance with the specifications, and fill in the use records carefully.; Determine the management of the status identification of instruments and equipment; Strengthen the maintenance and repair of instruments and equipment, timely registration of damage, repair and maintenance records, so that instruments and equipment can avoid major accidents during operation, and maintain them regularly, so that the instruments and equipment are in the best operating state.
The daily maintenance of instruments and equipment is a common means to ensure the stability and reliability of instruments and equipment. To take appropriate and effective measures to ensure that the instrument is not affected by external factors and damage.
