Electric car battery radiation is harmful to the human body

Electric vehicleBattery radiationIs it harmful to the human body? Electromagnetic radiation is divided into power frequency electromagnetic radiation and radio frequency electromagnetic radiation, of which power frequency electromagnetic radiation uses alternating current, and the frequency of electromagnetic field changes is relatively low.; radio frequency electromagnetic radiation external emission of high frequency electromagnetic waves. Since the 1990 s, China has been adopting the limit of 0.2mT (millitesla) recommend by the International Radiation Protection Association for the limit of power frequency electromagnetic radiation in the public environment, but the internationally recognized magnetic field strength in children's living environment should not exceed 0.4 μT (microteras).

At present, my country has no mandatory standards specifically for electromagnetic radiation in automobiles, and most automobile companies will not specifically detect the radiation of electrical equipment in automobiles to the human body in the manufacturing process.

In fact, we are in the environment of electromagnetic radiation every day. Just because the radiation is large and small, most of them are within the safe range. Even in the era when there is not so much radio signal radiation in modern times, we are still active in natural radiation. Therefore, don't "talk about radiation discoloration". For our common mobile phones, TV, radio, etc., their radiation can be resisted by the human body, the key is that we artificially use some technology to detect it and then control it. The same is true for BYD cars. The car factory has controlled and eliminated things that can generate electromagnetic radiation such as batteries and motors.

We can refer to the safety standards specified by WHO and countries. The authoritative standard of the United Nations International Health Organization (WHO) is 200 μT, China is consistent with the WHO standard, Britain is 200 μT, and Sweden, the strictest, is 200 μT. As long as the electromagnetic force is lower than this strength, it is safe.

In a previous test in Europe, the magnetic field radiation of electric vehicles was not high, and the highest value of the magnetic field appeared near the floor, around the battery itself and when the vehicle started. In either case, the intensity of exposure to the magnetic field inside an electric vehicle is less than 20% of the recommend safety limit of the International Commission on Non-Ionizing Radiation Protection. The measurements obtained at the head were all below 2% of the limit.
