The state must control and reduce the total discharge of major pollutants in 28000 key polluting enterprises across the country to improve environmental quality. Therefore, 28000 major polluters are required to gradually install online continuous automatic monitoring systems. There are few mature domestic instrument systems, and the demand is much greater than that of environmental quality monitoring, which are mainly purchased by polluting enterprises. The industries are mainly electric power, petrochemical, building materials, metallurgy, papermaking, food and urban sewage treatment plants, etc., with a potential market of billions to tens of billions of yuan.
3. Remote sensing and telemetry instrumentation
The state has put forward the policy of paying equal attention to the prevention and control of environmental pollution and the protection of the ecological environment. In order to strengthen the protection of the ecological environment, it is necessary to monitor the ecological environment of our country. Including the monitoring of deserts, grasslands, forests, oceans, and agricultural ecological environments, remote sensing and telemetry of air pollution, water pollution (such as marine red tides, oil spill pollution) and pollution sources, and the establishment of a satellite ground receiving system and satellite image analysis The system analyzes the current situation and change trends of environmental ecological quality, and provides a scientific basis for decision-making for national environmental ecological protection and construction.
