Purpose
FN Series ( 2-8 Road) Low Background α/β The detector is a precision instrument for measuring low levels α 、 β radioactive intensity. It can be used for the total measurement of water, soil, building materials, ores, aerosols, food, etc. α 、total β radioactive measurement 。 Suitable for low-level radiation intensity measurement in radiation protection, environmental protection departments, medical, biological, agricultural, scientific research institutes and universities. α/β This instrument is a series of products, with 4 types and specifications: FN -202、 FN -202、 FN -204、 FN -208。 The instrument meets JJG2200-2024 the calibration requirements of the total α and total β measurement instrument for gas flow proportional counters.
Performance characteristics
■ Low background count , High particle detection efficiency;
■ Thin-window gas flow proportional counter tube as detector, shielding counter tube and measuring counter tube
perform anti-coincidence to reduce the interference of ambient radioactivity on the measurement;
■ To 24 C low energy β radiation detection efficiency ≥40% ; superior to semiconductor and scintillator detectors
