The automobile emission gas tester is a product developed and designed by our company in accordance with the new national standard (GB3847-2028). It is used to measure the concentration of NO, NO2 and CO2 in the exhaust gas of motor vehicle engines.
Automobile emission gas tester (hereinafter referred to as analyzer) is composed of gas pretreatment unit, CO2 infrared technology platform, NO\NO2 ultraviolet technology platform, calibration unit, detection unit, display archive unit and communication transmission unit.
This system has the following advantages:
2) Simultaneous measurement of NO and NO2 using UV differential absorption spectroscopy without moisture interference;
2) Direct optical measurement of NO2 to overcome the problem that the conversion efficiency of traditional converters decreases with time;
3) NO, NO2 response time is less than 3S;
4) Based on Android platform development, good human-computer interaction, intelligent control;
5) Rich interfaces, which can be connected to parameters such as oil temperature, speed, ambient temperature, humidity and pressure;
This product can be widely used in the road inspection and sampling inspection of the transportation department of the environmental protection department, the annual inspection line of the automobile, the rapid inspection of the exhaust gas purification device, the automobile exhaust research of the teaching and research unit, the automobile manufacturing industry and the automobile maintenance 4S shop.
